Lotus Lane is designed for an adventurous beginner or intermediate sewist. There are no bindings on the seams, but it does involve two birthing processes.
Front and back have accent pockets (back is optional).

Recommended Materials: Exterior fabric: (Crossbody Strap, Back and Upper Front):1 x 12” or 18” by WOF roll vinyl ( A) Exterior Accent fabric: 12” x 18” You may need slightly more if you are fussy cutting the front 2 panels( B) and including the back slip pocket. Lining fabric: WPC or cotton - approx 1/2yd x WOF Woven interfacing (Similar to Pellon SF101) 1/2yd if using cotton lining Suggestion - fuse to fabric then cut out. Avoids shrinkage and misalignment. Decovil Light: Amount will vary depending on whether you are using on strap or not. Double Sided Tape (DST)
Hardware: #5 Zipper tape - 1yd“ cut to 20” x 1, and 8” x 2 4 x #5 zipper pulls (2 opposing on longer zip) 2x 1” or ¾ ” D Ring or Triangle or Rectangle 1x 1” or ¾ ” slider 2x 1” or ¾ ” strap end (3/4” are optional if you prefer a narrower strap, pattern is for 1” - for ¾” see cut to measure table on page 3) 4 x 8 mm or longer rivets (for strap) 2 sets Spring Snaps to match hardware Name Logo or Handmade Badge (Optional) Hole punch capable of punching 2 mm holes Cutting machine if using SVGs. SVG files are set up for both the 12” x 12” and the 12” x 24” mat.
